摘要:在包裝飲用水行業,臭氧殺菌一直是業界公認的高效、便捷的殺菌方式,但在溴化物含量較高的產品中應用受到限制。紫外殺菌工藝雖然也是安全和高效的殺菌方式,并且不存在溴酸鹽超標的風險,但由于其無后續殺菌能力,在非無菌線上的應用受到限制。紫外殺菌和微臭氧殺菌結合殺菌工藝可以解決使用含溴化物水源在非無菌線上應用問題,保證產品的品質和質量安全。

Study on the Sterilization Technology Combined with UV and Ozone

Abstract: Ozone has long been considered as an efficient and convenient way for bottled water sterilizationt,but theapplications are constrained somehow due to the by-product,bromide. UV is also a safe and efficient way for bottledwater sterilization. The applications are also constrained for the lack of continued sterilization,even though nobromide issue. The combination with ozone and UV can perfectly solve the above issues in the bottled water industry.
