摘要:羅漢果作為一種特殊的藥食同源性物種,具有豐富的營養價值及保健功效。近年來,對羅漢果的研究不斷地深入,其市場需求也越來越大。本文通過國內外研究報道,對羅漢果生物活性成分、藥理作用及產品加工研究現狀進行了歸納總結,以期能為羅漢果資源的開發利用提供參考。

Abstract: Siraitiagrosvenorii,as a special medicine and food homologous species,has rich nutritional values andhealth functions. In recent years,the research of Siraitiagrosvenorii has been in- depth,and its market demand isgrowing. In this paper,the bioactive components,pharmacological effects and processing of Siraitiagrosvenorii weresummarized using the researches at home and abroad,which could provide reference for the exploitation andutilization of Siraitiagrosvenorii.
